Our Consultants First Program allows for employees to control their career growth, development, and bonus potential at their own pace. Through our "Request For Promotion" process consultants move up when they feel prepared, and positions do not have to be open or come available for a promotion to occur. This ensures that the most motivated employees are mentored, developed, retained, and rewarded. Our employee compensation package includes multiple bonus opportunities, training allowances, family health insurance, paid holidays and vacation, as well as a progressive referral bonus plan.
